My experience in the Criminal and Traffic jurisdictions of the Courts includes advice on options, negotiations with the prosecution, preparation for Court and acting as defence counsel.

 

I make applications for discharge without conviction and for limited (work) licences and general submissions in mitigation of penalty.

 

I act as defence counsel in Judge alone trials and jury trials in the District Court and High Court and conduct appeals to the Appellate Courts.
